A California company iCap Technologies has just released a breakthrough product called the iCap Release Meter System, the first personal development system which incorporates neurofeedback and technologically advanced. guided experience software .

Neurofeedback is the most sophisticated type of biofeedback, measuring and training you to control your brainwaves (called EEG). have written quite a bit about biofeedback on the Mindware Forum.
